  I have been going there for years camping with my family and we struggle to find a nicer spot in that area. Staying in a palm grove next to a shallow lake is great for kids and then across the road the beach is. The facilities need an upgrade but for how nice the surrounding nature part is it makes up for it. If you want to stay in a flashy motel stay elsewhere but if you want a quiet safe family spot where the kids can do lake activities and like camping or the cabins you will enjoy it. the campsites are big and protected from wind by trees either side.

  I read some of the other reviews about the cleanliness etc and some is justified and some of those reviews are just whingers and rude staff has never been my experience, usually they are friendly and helpful.

  Cheap park but maps tricky to read. Amenities block had limited toilets and were often full. No laundry or camp kitchen we could see

  Spent a couple of lovely days here. This is a fantastic place to relax. It had been 2 years since we last visited and what an improvement. Very tidy, clean amenities and super friendly staff. Thanks for a great short break. - Hubby even caught a good flathead from the shore of the lake !

  IT'S CLOSED DOWN. We arrived there only to find its abandoned and closed down. We went to information Centre and they said owners packed up and have gone and don't care if anyone has booked. Such a shame. Thank God we found somewhere else to stay. We would have been stuck if it was school holidays.

  Our family had an amazing time at this beautiful holiday park. The cabins were clean and well maintained, which made holidaying with 2 kids very easy.

  Its easy to get supplies from the Forster shops a few minutes away too which is a bonus.
